Tonia Douglas serves as Group Vice President of Human Resources Operations at The Hankey Group, where she leads a team of 18 HR professionals and oversees payroll, benefits, wellness initiatives, and workforce strategy across the organization. Her career with Hankey Group began in 1998 in the accounting department at Midway Ford. Over the years, she advanced through roles in business management and human resources, joining Hankey Investment Company in 2012 as Human Resources Manager. Her experience spans accounting, workforce management, payroll, benefits, and human capital analytics. She holds professional certifications including PHR and SHRM-CP.
