Executive Assistant

Jasmine Arizmendi-Smith serves as Executive Assistant at LA’s BEST, providing strategic administrative and executive support in furtherance of the organization’s mission to enrich the lives of children and families across Los Angeles. She studied Early Childhood Education at Rutgers University and has built her career at the intersection of nonprofit leadership, philanthropy, and education. Prior to joining LA’s BEST, Jasmine supported executive leadership and advancement efforts across the nonprofit and higher education sectors, including roles with UNCF, the University of Southern California, and California State University, Northridge. Drawing on experience in executive operations, development, and stakeholder engagement, she is committed to advancing mission-driven work through collaboration, service, and community impact.
