Vien H. Le is a Managing Director in the Public Finance Investment Banking Group at Oppenheimer & Co. Inc., where he leads West Coast coverage of major public finance issuers. With more than two decades of experience in investment banking and financial advisory, he specializes in structuring financing strategies for public agencies, infrastructure projects, and municipal issuers. Over the course of his career, Vien has helped structure and execute more than $100 billion in fixed-income securities supporting water utilities, transportation systems, renewable energy, and other critical public infrastructure. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from UCLA and is actively engaged in civic and nonprofit leadership across Los Angeles.
