Join us for Read Across America! Virtually read a book to students to inspire them to love reading.
Read Across America was established by The National Education Association to help volunteers motivate kids to read, bring the joys of reading to students, and make all children feel valued and welcome.
We are going virtual again this year! We invite you to record yourself reading a short book for the students. To sign-up, please email [email protected] by Wednesday February 9th.
You’ll receive a list of books to choose from and we ask that you record yourself by Wednesday, February 16th. We’ll edit your video and show it to students to celebrate Read Across America on March 2nd.
This is a great volunteer opportunity for your company and/or group of friends. It’s an engaging and effective way to help kids love reading!
